Using the site

JTPYO is free to use, for personal or commercial work, with no account and no licence fee. Using it means accepting these terms. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

Your files are yours

We claim no ownership of anything you process, and never see it — the tools run on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you work with.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any tool will work correctly, produce a particular result, or be available at any given time.

Keep your originals. Software can fail and browsers can run out of memory. Do not use this site as the only place a document exists.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site — including lost, corrupted or altered files, lost profits, or business interruption — whether or not we were advised such loss was possible.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Signatures and legal documents

The signing tool places an image of a signature onto a PDF. It does not create a certified or cryptographically bound digital signature. Whether a signature is valid for your purpose is yours to determine — we give no legal advice and make no representation about it.

Advertising

This site carries third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of ads or the sites they lead to. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes, law and contact

We may change these terms or withdraw any tool at any time; the date above shows the last change. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions:info@jtpyo.com.
